Who are my leading prospects? Get a daily update on prospects who showed interest in your campaign emails.

How many of my email recipients opened or viewed my sent email campaigns? Monitor how many prospects opened or viewed your sent email(s). Additionally, see their last activity and when it was. This metric is an excellent indicator of your prospect's interest and behavior and the effectiveness of your email campaigns.

Lead Scoring Report

The dashboard lists the contacts to whom you have sent the campaign emails. It ranks the prospects based on their level of interest, pushing those with the status Interested to the top and moving down to those with the Engaged, Visited, and Not Visited status. This ranking is called Lead Scoring. Please note that the Free Subscription Plan does not include Lead Scoring.

For each prospect, you can view:

Name of the contact and the company name;

Category;
You can assign a Category to each prospect and, if needed, filter the list by selecting the necessary option in the Category parameter.
!Please refer to the Add Funnel tutorial to learn how to create and add categories!

Status parameter;
There are four status categories marked with a different color.

Interested means that your contact has clicked on the call-to-action link to your phone number or social media profile;
Engaged tells you that your contact opened more than two links from your email;
Visited shows if the contact has opened one or two links from your email;
Not visited means that your contact didn’t take any action.

Status of campaign emails;
Under the Campaign Emails tab, you can see the category of each email (sent, opened, closed, etc.) by hovering over any color.

Number of opened/viewed emails and spent time ('viewed' means that the contact opened the email link or attachment);

Last activity;

Last invite.
Below are the types of invites.

Scheduled shows the date of the future email to be sent;
Sent - the date of the last sent email to the contact;
Opened is when the prospect opened your email;
Clicked shows that the contact clicked on the call-to-action button to get in touch with the sender;
Bounced - shows the email which didn't reach the contact;
Stopped - the prospect will no longer receive the campaign emails;
Resumed - the contact will start receiving the campaign emails again.

Detailed Report Of A Prospect

To see the detailed report of any prospect, click on their name. The contact details include the contact's name, their title, the company's name, website, and the prospect's email and phone number.

Below the contact details, you can see the prospect's level of interest, for example, how many times they have viewed or liked the received campaign email.

And even further, you can view more information on the level of interest of this prospect.

Please note that there are filters that you can use to sort the information in each tab.

The Overview tab shows what campaigns were sent.
The tutorial Create Campaign explains that one campaign can have more than one email (Engagement.)

In the screenshot below, each colored square represents one email. So, this tab gives you a general view of the campaign. !For security reasons, we covered any sensitive information!

The Share Links tab shows the content that has been shared with this prospect, if any were. In this example, the content was not shared with anyone.

If you have added any content to the campaign's emails (Engagements), the Content tab will list the contents included in emails and provide a report about them. It is a great resource to see, for example, what content has been liked by your prospect. Such reports are great support for your business management!

The Website tab shows what web pages are included in the emails. As you can see, in this example, the web pages were not included in the emails.

The Emails tab lists all the sent emails in this campaign, including the email's title and the name of the sender. It's an effective way to see your prospect's reaction to your information.

The last tab, Call To Action (CTA), invites the prospect to contact you in various ways, such as by visiting Facebook or LinkedIn profiles or making a phone call. Therefore, it is essential to include your social media page(s) and phone number here.

In this tutorial you learned how this dashboard allows you to track data in real-time, so you can make conclusions on how you can optimize your business techniques.
