Learn how to create a link and share your content with your contacts.

Sharing content is the primary thing that drives the audience to your website. Sharing quality content regularly builds your site's authority and trust scores for search engines. Content is anything published by your website, business, or team about your offer. Share your content because it will help you connect with the people you want to know about it.

Click on the Start button next to Create Your Personalized Links on the main page.



OR

Go to the navigation menu on the left side or top of the page and click on Share - Share A Link.

A Share Links window opens where you can select the type of content to share with your contact.



You can choose from four types of content to share.

From Content Library - you can share the content you created or added to your Sales Innovator account. Choose the page and the content from the corresponding fields. Select who is creating and sending the link from the Sender field. After selecting what you will share, you must choose the link type and generate it.



Link Types

General - by selecting this type, the Link Name must be given. You can also add additional details, but this is optional.



Personalized - you can either add from the existing contacts or add a new one by selecting this type. When adding a new contact, you can fill out as much information as needed by inserting the data into the corresponding fields. For example, besides Full Name, Email and Title, you can choose the Company Name from the dropdown menu and add Phone, Social Media Profile, and other details.



Click on the blue Generate Link button when the link type is selected, and the needed information is chosen or entered. Then, the system will automatically generate the link you can copy and send to your contact.



The posts with the generated links are listed on the Shared Links page. Below are the saved, shared links screens for each Share Type: General or Personalized.

When your contact opens the link, the data on the number of views and time spent viewing the link is added to the report.



You can perform the below actions by pressing the button under the Actions tab for each post.

Get link - copies the link to the clipboard.
Edit - changes the detail of the General Link Type - the information about the link source, the link medium, etc.
Delete - removes the link name from the list.

From Your Website - this is the second type of content you can share, the URL from your page. Pay attention to the note about adding pixel tracking to your website. You can also insert additional information, but it is optional. After selecting what you will share, you must choose the link type and generate it. The third type of content to share is through Add PDF Content. You can also insert additional information, but it is optional. After selecting what you will share, you must choose the link type and generate it. The last type is by selecting Add URL. You can also insert additional information, but it is optional. After deciding what you will share, you must choose the link type and generate it.
